HVAC Editorial and Review Board's general meeting and the sixteenth working meeting were held.

The general meeting of HVAC Editorial and Review Committee was presided over by Mr. Zhang Jie, President of HVAC Magazine. On behalf of the organizer, Mr. Wei Xing, General Manager of Asia-Pacific Construction Science and Technology Information Research Institute Co., Ltd. delivered a speech, expressing his gratitude to all the editorial board members for attending this editorial board in their busy schedules, and hoped that all of them would actively contribute to the development of HVAC magazine and put forward their valuable opinions. Liu Chengjun, editor-in-chief, introduced the formation of the new editorial board, 111 people of the 15th editorial board stayed in office, and 25 new editorial board members were added this time mainly in the field of industry, laboratory, rail transportation, data center and other fields, and the newly formed 16th editorial board had 136 people, including 1 chairman, 4 vice-chairmen, 5 advisors and 126 members. Mr. Yu Songbo, Executive Editor-in-Chief, read out the list of the 16th Editorial Committee.
Mr. Wei Xing, General Manager of Asia-Pacific Institute of Construction Science and Technology Information Research Co., Ltd. issued letters of appointment to Master Luo Jijie and Chief Engineer Pan Yungang, the vice-chairman members. Mr. Luo Jijie, Vice Chairman of the Editorial Board, presented the appointment letters to the advisors, Prof. Fang Xiu Mu, Mr. Ye Dafa, Chief Engineer, and Prof. Shen Jinming.
The 16th Working Meeting of the Editorial and Review Committee of HVAC was presided over by Mr. Luo Jijie, Vice Chairman of the Committee. First of all, the attending editorial board members discussed extensively the draft Charter of HVAC Editorial Review Board and put forward revised opinions. Then President Zhang Jie of HVAC Magazine reported the main work of the magazine in the past three years, and made a detailed introduction of the key work of the journal, the setting of columns in key areas, the official WeChat of the magazine, conference activities, and the expansion of the key areas of advanced industry and laboratories. After that, the participating editorial board members had a warm discussion on the direction of key reports of the magazine in the next three years, the improvement of journal indexes, high-quality article grouping and appointment, the expansion of the scope of the magazine's reports, and the brand activities of the magazine, and put forward a lot of constructive and valuable opinions. Finally, the vice chairman Luo Jijie master made a summary of the meeting, hoping that the editorial board seriously organize and implement the opinions of the editorial board members, the positioning of the magazine should be clear, and the engineering papers should highlight the innovation; I hope that the editorial board from grasping the publication policy, controlling the quality of the manuscripts, planning the selection of the topic of the manuscripts, communicating and coordinating with the relevant departments, and publicity and promotion of the technical exchange activities to assist in doing a good job of the magazine.
