Work experience

As an HVAC designer who has long been committed to key control technology solutions for indoor controlled environments, I am always reminded to be respectful of my design work, to plumb the depths of my field, and not to spare myself by not sparing a single drop.

First of all, HVAC design is not just about drawings and calculations. It is more a pursuit of fulfillment of process requirements, personnel comfort, energy saving and environmental protection. Every design needs to take into account the user's needs, the characteristics of the environment and the technical feasibility. This requires deep professional knowledge, rich practical experience and keen insight.

Secondly, innovation is the soul of design. In the special complex process requirements (such as high-grade biosafety, biomedical, etc.) indoor environment HVAC design, we need to constantly explore new technologies, new materials and new design concepts. Only through continuous innovation can we design more reliable, safe, efficient, energy-saving and environmentally friendly air conditioning systems to meet the growing needs of users.

Also, teamwork is very important. A successful design project often requires the collaboration of multiple professionals. We need to work closely with process engineers, architects, structural engineers, water supply and drainage engineers, gas power engineers and electrical engineers to solve problems encountered during the design process. It is only by working together that we can create better work.

Message to young engineers

Time flies, in the blink of an eye has been engaged in this field of work for more than 20 years, accidentally has reached the age of young comrades can give a message.

First of all, I welcome you to join the HVAC design field of pharmaceutical industry which is full of challenges and opportunities! The pharmaceutical industry has extremely strict requirements for HVAC systems, because it is directly related to the quality of drugs, the stability of the production environment and the health of personnel. Therefore, you need to maintain your love and reverence for your profession and always put users' needs and satisfaction first.

Secondly, continuous learning and exploration is the key to becoming a good engineer. As one of the key specialties in the field of pharmaceutical engineering, HVAC design involves the knowledge of many disciplines. In addition to this specialty, you should also understand the basic knowledge of the fields related to pharmaceutical production and experimental operations, which requires designers to constantly learn new knowledge, understand new technologies and apply them to actual projects. At the same time, it is also necessary to be good at finding problems, solving problems, and constantly accumulating experience and improving ability.

Again, teamwork is the cornerstone of success. In the pharmaceutical production plant facilities engineering project, a successful HVAC design project often requires the collaboration of multiple professionals. It is necessary to work closely with related professions to solve the problems encountered in the design process. Therefore, it is important to learn to listen to others, respect their specialties, and maintain an open mind and cooperative spirit.

Finally, I would like to emphasize that the role of engineers is not just to design and build, but to contribute to human health and well-being. Our designs will have a direct impact on the quality of medicines and the stability of the production environment, which in turn will affect people's health and lives. Therefore, we should have a high sense of responsibility and mission, always put the interests of users in the first place, and contribute to human health and well-being.

May you continue to move forward on the road of HVAC design in the pharmaceutical industry and become the best in this field! Cheers!
