Refrigerating unit R410A and R22 use difference
Freezing oil
The types of refrigerating oil (lubricating oil) are roughly divided into mineral oil and synthetic oil according to the different use of refrigerant. The lubricating oil of R22 refrigerant is basically mineral oil, and the R410A refrigerant uses synthetic oil.
Synthetic oil can be divided into: AB, PVE, PPE, PAG, POE, PC, etc. R410A refrigerant At present, most enterprises use compressor refrigerant oil PVE (ether) and POE (ester). The compressor used in R410A refrigerant is lubricated by POE oil. POE oil can react with water to generate water and acid, and the generated water can promote further reaction of POE oil. If this chain reaction continues for a long time, the water in the system will increase, which may cause ice blockage in the capillary.
Pressure characteristics
R410A refrigerant is about 1.6 times the pressure of R22 refrigerant. Due to high pressure, use special tools and installation materials for R410A coolers.

Performance advantages of R410A
R410A has many performance advantages over R410A, as well as good heat transfer. Its main performance advantages are reflected in the following aspects:
1. Compared with R22, the R410A system has one significant advantage: 35% higher heat transfer in the evaporator and 5% higher heat transfer in the condenser.
2, its circulating working pressure is about 57% higher than R22, unit volume cooling capacity is about 43% larger than R22, refrigeration coefficient is about 7.7% smaller than R22, the rest of the parameters are basically close to R22.
3. With the same mass flow rate, R410A has relatively small pressure drop. Systems compatible with the R410A can use smaller condensers and evaporators and charge up to 30% less refrigerant than systems with the R22.
4. The compressor has lower loss in the compression process, the evaporator and condenser have stronger heat transfer, and the pressure drop in the whole system is smaller. Therefore, in the system with the same cooling capacity and the same condensing temperature, the COP of R410A system is 6% higher than that of R22 system.
