HVAC 12 types of duct filters

I. Y-type filter

1, Y-type filter belongs to the pipeline coarse filter, can be used for liquid, gas or other media large particles filtration, installed in the pipeline to remove large solid impurities in the fluid, so that machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.), instrumentation can be normal work and operation to achieve stabilization of the process, to ensure the safety of the production of the role of the role of the process. When the fluid enters the cartridge with a certain specification of filter, the impurities are blocked, and the clean filtrate is discharged from the filter outlet, when cleaning is needed, just take out the removable cartridge, and reload it after processing, therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

2. Installation and maintenance:

(1) The Y-type filter can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the direction of import and export should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.

(2) After the filter has been working for some time, certain impurities have been deposited in the filter element, at which time the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases, and it is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter core in time.

(3) When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter core can not be deformed or damaged, otherwise, the filter is mounted on the filter, the purity of the filtered medium can not meet the design requirements, the compressor, pumps, instruments and other equipment will be damaged.

(4) If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it should be replaced immediately.

 

Basket filter

1, basket filter is mainly composed of receiver, cylinder, filter basket, flange, flange cover and fasteners. Installed in the pipeline can remove large solid impurities in the fluid, so that machinery and equipment (including compressors, pumps, etc.), instrumentation can work and operate normally, to stabilize the process, to protect the role of safe production.

When the liquid enters the filter basket through the cylinder, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter basket, and the clean fluid passes through the filter basket and is discharged from the filter outlet. When cleaning is required, the screw plug at the bottom of the main tube is unscrewed, the fluid is discharged, the flange cover is disassembled, and the filter is reassembled after cleaning. Therefore, it is extremely convenient to use and maintain.

 

2. Installation and maintenance:

(1) When the T-filter is installed, the direction of the inlet and outlet should be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the valve body.

(2) After the filter has been working for some time, certain impurities have been deposited in the filter element, at which time the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases, and the impurities in the filter core need to be cleared in time.

Fourth, the degassing filter

1, degassing filter is an accessory device of the flowmeter, it has degassing, filtration of solid impurities in the liquid role, so as to ensure the measurement accuracy of the flowmeter, to extend the service life of the flowmeter.

The liquid containing gas flows through the degassing filter from the inlet, and the liquid containing gas touches the damping cylinder. The gas entrained in the liquid rises to the shell of the degassing filter, with the increase of the gas volume oil, degassing filter shell gas volume rises, the liquid surface is pressurized to fall, the float sinks and opens the valve. Collected in the shell of the gas discharged through the valve, the gas discharged after a certain amount, the gas filter within the gas pressure drops, the float rises and drives the connection to close the valve, while the impurities in the pipeline filtered by the filter, the clean liquid flow to the flowmeter. And so on, the impurities in the liquid, the gas is constantly filtered, discharged to ensure that the flowmeter long-term safe and accurate measurement.

 

2, installation and maintenance:

(1) degassing filter should be installed vertically in front of the flowmeter, the direction of the fluid and the direction of the arrow on the shell.

(2) Before use, the exhaust valve should be opened to ensure that the air in the fluid can be discharged smoothly before entering the flowmeter.

(3) The filter should be cleaned regularly to reduce pressure loss and ensure the filtering effect.

(4) in the exhaust filtration, such as a small amount of oil and gas foam sprayed out is a normal phenomenon to spray oil and gas foam affect the surrounding environment, can be connected to a hose to the outlet of the exhaust valve, the oil and gas foam into the oil cylinder.

(5) If there is a large amount of oil sprayed out is an abnormal phenomenon, the exhaust must be closed to the exhaust filter, close the upstream and downstream valves, fold open the exhaust filter for overhaul.

 

V. Hand-cranked brush filter

1. Hand-cranked brush filter is a semi-automatic cleaning filter, which utilizes the brush and brush holder built into the filter screen to brush away dirt, impurities and other particles on the filter screen, and then discharges them through the drain valve. Its biggest feature is that cleaning can be carried out during the filter's working process, without the need to cut off the flow without affecting the normal operation of the equipment.

The hand-cranked brush filter is applicable to various water supply systems, process water systems and industrial cooling water systems, especially the 24-hour continuous operation of the non-stop system, which can filter out all kinds of mechanical impurities in the water and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the system equipment. The filter has reasonable structure and exquisite materials, the shell is made of high-quality carbon steel, and stainless steel can also be used according to the requirements of users; the organic brush is made of inorganic material (good elasticity, high strength, excellent corrosion and aging resistance) and stainless steel brush frame; the filter net is carefully made of stainless steel wedge-shaped net with elaborate structure, which is very convenient for brushing away the sundries, and the filtration and cleaning effect is greatly superior to that of perforated mesh or textile mesh and the brush bristles will not be easily damaged when washing the mesh. The bristles are not easy to be damaged. When the pressure difference between the import and export pressure gauge reaches 0.04MPa, it is necessary to open the sewage valve, manually gently turn the handle for sewage; until the discharged water becomes clear, close the sewage valve, complete the sewage. Throughout the sewage process, the system can run normally without stopping.
