Haier Intelligent Buildings Contributes Many Excellent Samples

The white paper aims to clearly explain the innovative technologies of low-carbon intelligent buildings in the field of operation and management and their far-reaching impact on the future development of the industry. Haier Intelligent Buildings, as the only participating and supporting company, contributed to the compilation of the white paper with its low-carbon building intelligence solutions and many excellent examples of successful implementation:

Shanghai Academy of Building Sciences adopted Haier IOT multi-connectors solution to realize IOT centralized control of air-conditioning system in the building through the intelligent cloud service platform, and it can also be controlled in groups according to the region and check the running status of the units in real time, which realizes intelligent energy saving in the building and saves users' energy.

Haier C02 Air Industry Building adopts Haier's magnetic air suspension high-efficiency equipment room solution, and by virtue of Haier's Building Brain and high-efficiency equipment room intelligent control platform, it realizes the green and low-carbon operation and maintenance of the whole building through the technologies of side-cloud synergy, cloud calculation and control, and comprehensively improves the level of operation and management as well as the operation efficiency. The annual energy efficiency ratio EERa reached 6.8, with an annual energy saving rate of about 20%.

Hebei Radio and Television Station replacement project, using Haier's high-efficiency magnetic levitation units, part of the pump tower, as well as the group control system of the machine room, to achieve centralized & intelligent control, in order to achieve optimal energy saving results. Compared with before the renovation, it saves 36,000 kWh of electricity per month on average and 75% of labor cost.

Haier Intelligent Building has carried out in-depth customization of the actual control strategy for the personalized needs of the new energy base project of Zero Carbon Industrial Park in a development zone, adopting the Haier Central Intelligent Control Cabinet and the Haier Heat Pump Energy Intelligent Control Platform, so as to ensure the safe, efficient, and comfortable operation of the project's equipments and systems.

As an important part of China's "new quality productivity", low-carbon intelligent buildings are the future direction of the construction industry.
