The terms “two-connected supply” and “three-connected supply” generally refer to hot and cold water air-conditioning systems.

Dual-supply:

The two-connected supply mainly consists of an outdoor unit, an indoor unit, a terminal control, a buffer tank, a plumbing system, etc. The outdoor unit is generally called a chiller and water heater. The outdoor unit is generally known as the chiller/heater unit and the indoor unit is generally known as the fan coiler, and the outdoor unit is connected to the indoor unit through water pipes. The outdoor unit regulates the temperature by providing cooling/hot water, which is delivered to the indoor by the water piping system, while the water and air complete the heat exchange at the indoor terminal.

 

Simply put, the operation principle of “two-connected supply” is: chilled water output in summer, chilled water through the circulation system in the fan coil for heat exchange, the cold air sent out; winter output of hot water, hot water in the special pipeline circulation flow, heating the ground, the ground through the ground radiation to make the ground warmer.

Triple-supply:

“Tri-supply” means that the host in the process of operation, to complete the cooling/heating at the same time, the heat generated can also be heated domestic water, and at the same time to realize the whole house ‘central air conditioning + floor heating + domestic hot water’ program.

 

In summer, in cooling mode, the unit can heat the domestic water by recovering the waste heat released from the compressor, so that you can have free hot water throughout the summer; in winter, in heating mode, the unit can also convert one part of electric energy into N parts of heat energy, and at the same time supply floor heating and domestic hot water.

To summarize, there is not much difference between “two-connected supply” and “three-connected supply” in terms of principle and advantages, and the biggest difference lies in the fact that “three-connected supply” is more powerful than “two-connected supply”. The biggest difference is that “triple-heating” has more functions of domestic hot water than “two-heating”.
