Condensation temperature tc: the condensation temperature tc is the temperature at which the superheated vapor of the refrigerant condenses to liquid after exothermic condensation in the condenser. Condensing temperature can not be directly detected, only through the detection of its corresponding condensing pressure, and then by consulting the refrigerant thermal properties of the table and get;

Condensing temperature is high, the condensing pressure is relatively high, they correspond to each other; condensing temperature is too high, the unit load is heavy, motor overload, in the operation of the unfavorable, the cooling capacity of the corresponding decline in power consumption, should be avoided as far as possible.

Exhaust temperature td: exhaust temperature td is the temperature of the compressor exhaust port, including the temperature of the exhaust port receiver.

Detecting the exhaust temperature must have a temperature measurement device, general small machine is not set up, temporary measurement of available semiconductor point thermometer detection, but the error is large.

Exhaust temperature is affected by the suction temperature and condensing temperature, suction temperature or condensing temperature rises, the exhaust temperature also rises accordingly, so to control the suction temperature and condensing temperature in order to stabilize the exhaust temperature.

Suction temperature ts: The suction temperature ts is the temperature of the gas in the suction connection tube of the compressor. Detection of suction temperature needs to have a temperature measurement device, generally small units are not set up temperature measurement device. Inspection and commissioning is generally estimated by hand touch, air conditioning unit suction temperature is generally required to control ts = 15 ℃ for about good. More than this value has a certain effect on the cooling effect.
