1、Priority of proximity, dispersion is better.
2, DN <50-standard slope i = 0.035, minimum slope i = 0.025.
3、DN=75-standard slope i=0.025, minimum slope i=0.015.
4、DN=100-standard slope i=0.02, minimum slope i=0.012.
Third, the choice of condensate pipe and connection:
1、U-PVC water supply pipe, adhesive connection.
2、Galvanized steel pipe, screw connection.
3、PPR water supply pipe, hot melt connection.
Fourth, U-PVC water pipe discharge condensate operation process;

8、Condensate drainage test: inject a certain amount of water into the condensate pipe system, and must ensure that the discharged water accounts for at least 70% of the injected amount of water before passing.
V. Lift the pump to discharge condensate:
For ceiling requirements are relatively high (H height can only be installed units), the use of condensate lifting pump can quickly solve the problem of condensate drainage. Specific installation can be based on the site to determine the program.

2, the end without condensate lifting pump:
①, the ceiling elevation has a greater impact.
②, the interface of the insulation material, all the gaps are required to use special rubber-plastic glue bonding tight, there shall be no bonding or loose phenomenon.
③, summer insulation construction, rubber insulation material can not be pulled too tight, in order to prevent the winter temperature is too low, the insulation layer shrinkage gel.
④, winter insulation construction, the requirements of the indoor ambient temperature can not be lower than 5 ℃, adhesive and tape lower than 5 ℃ when the bonding effect is not good.
