After completion, it will become another landmark in London as one of the biggest, future-facing work place that combined with thriving retail and public realm with curated art, bars and restaurants.
The project is designed by WSP, one of the best architects in the industry, and developed by Mace, also one of the biggest developers in the UK, which was originally expected to put into use in late 2021. However, it’s delayed because of the pandemic. WSP developed the initial design to prioritize energy conservation and emissions reduction. They are strived to make every element of the building as energy-efficient as possible. Thanks to its outstanding performance and specifications, as well as the excellent efficiency, Gree successfully beat several famous chiller manufacturers during the bidding. 4 sets of Gree1,350kW inverter screw chillers were installed there.
