It is of great significance to discuss and determine clear principles of laboratory construction, construction paths and safeguard measures in the context of a strong science and technology country. Laboratory is the cornerstone of scientific and technological innovation, an important platform for education and talent cultivation, and also an important part of the national quality management system, which plays a crucial role in the construction of a strong quality country. By strengthening the construction and management of laboratories, it can effectively enhance the country's scientific and technological innovation capacity and overall quality management level, and provide solid support for the realization of high-quality development. With the continuous progress of experimental technology and the continuous expansion of scientific research fields, the challenges faced by laboratory environmental control have become increasingly prominent. Laboratory is not only the frontier of scientific research, but also a potential source of pollution, and its environmental control is directly related to the quality of experiments, the health of experimental personnel, as well as environmental protection and other aspects. Laboratory environmental pollution is not only limited to chemical substances, but also includes biological factors, physical factors and other aspects of the impact. These contaminations, if not handled properly, will not only pose a threat to the health of laboratory staff, but may also cause irreversible damage to the surrounding environment. Therefore, strengthening laboratory environmental control and taking effective preventive and control measures is the key to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of laboratories. In the current era of rapid development of global science and technology, how to efficiently realize the precise regulation of temperature and humidity in the laboratory, real-time monitoring and purification of air quality, intelligent upgrading of safety and protective facilities, green and low-carbon operation and maintenance, and quality management, etc., has become an urgent need for the construction of laboratories.
