Fan coiler as an end device of central air conditioning system is widely used in residential, office, hotel, hospital and other places due to its compact structure, flexible arrangement, easy independent control and other features. It consists of speed fan and heat exchanger coil two parts, fan is generally composed of forward tilting blade and low noise motor, generally three wind speed, motor for the tapping speed, by speed switch on different tapping, control the motor operating voltage to realize the speed control. Coil is a high-efficiency finned heat exchanger, which is made of purple copper tube and hydrophilic aluminum fins by high-pressure expansion, and it is the component of cooling and heating air, in addition to condensate tray, air filter and other accessories.
Common faults of fan coiler
Small airflow from fan, poor air conditioning effect
Fan coiler air supply process is through the return air outlet into the duct, and then blown by the fan coiler into the room. In order to ensure air quality, generally equipped with a filter at the return air outlet to filter dust. Fan normal operation, in addition to small air intake is the duct leakage, duct leakage rarely occurs. The reason for the small air inlet is mostly due to the return air filter blockage.
Small air volume solution: is often clean the filter, if cleaning is not timely, dust and debris will be further adhesion to the coil fins and wind wheel blades, fins are blocked by dirt, will lead to a decline in the ventilation capacity of the fan, the fan current increases, timely cleaning of the return air outlet filter is very necessary.
Coil running noise, high wind speed noise increase
Running noise causes:
1, poor shock absorption measures during installation and construction, resonance in operation;
2, there are foreign objects in the duct;
3, fan blade deformation or motor bearing damage, poor dynamic balance.
First check whether the coiler support bracket is loose, and then open the air duct to check and remove foreign objects, and finally rotate the wind wheel by hand to check whether the rotation is smooth, and whether the balance of the impeller is a problem. In addition, check whether the motor rotation noise, if the noise is generally motor bearing damage caused by abnormal friction, replace the motor bearings can be.
Coil motor does not turn
First check whether the power supply is faulty, and then check whether the speed switch is damaged, if there is electricity is first sent to check whether there is a buzzing sound and motor heating phenomenon, if it is not stuck in the main and can not be turned normally.
1, check whether the three-speed switch is damaged; with an electric pen to measure the temperature control switch input and output break whether there is electricity, if the judgment is temperature control switch damage replacement or repair;
2, check whether the motor running speed is normal;
3, measure whether the motor coil is normal, if not normal replacement motor;
4, the air volume is normal, the air temperature deviation ;
Most of these failures in the coil water supply and return system. First check whether the water supply temperature is normal, whether the water volume is normal. If the temperature difference between the supply and return pipe is large, mostly water filter clogging or pipeline memory gas. The construction process should try to avoid sharp bends, slag storage points and air collection points, although the specification requirements should be set at the high point of the low point of exhaust valves and sewage valves, but the construction site is often difficult to realize, must be carefully planned in advance construction. Installation is completed as much as possible after flushing sewage. In the operation process, the water filter should be cleaned frequently to keep the pipeline unobstructed.
