The main equipment of the air-conditioning chilled water system of the project includes two chiller units, one air-cooled heat pump unit, six chilled water circulating pumps, automatic water replenishment and fixed-pressure exhaust device, as well as AHU air-conditioning units set up in each functional area.
The main equipment of the cooling water system includes two cooling towers and three cooling water circulation pumps. This air-conditioning water system is commissioned in the following sequence:

Stand-alone test run of water pump Before the test run of water pump, the steering of motor should be in line with the pump's steering; the fastening connection parts should not be loosened; the pipeline of the pump's ancillary system should be flushed clean, keep smooth and safe; the protection device should be sensitive and reliable; the disk should be flexible and normal.
Before the pump starts, the inlet valve of the pump is fully open, the outlet valve is fully closed, and the rest of the valves are fully open.
The test run of the pump should be operated after the test run of each independent subsidiary system is normal.
Pump start and stop must meet the design requirements, the pump should not be less than 2 hours of continuous operation under the design load. Check and record the current, voltage, temperature and other data of the motor, and check and record the import and export pressure of the pump.
Slowly open the pump outlet valve after the pump is started until the rated current of the motor is reached. Observe and record the voltage, current and motor temperature of each pump.

Cooling tower debugging and cooling system water balance
Tap the cooling tower fan to confirm whether the fan steering is correct.
Start the cooling tower fan, continuous operation for two hours, check and record the fan voltage, current, motor temperature and other data.
Open the valve of the cooling tower water supply pipe and inject water into the system. When the water level reaches the designed water level in the cooling tower tank, open the single cooling water circulation pump, and pay attention to check the water flow in the cooling tower water return pipe collection port, and stop the pump in time when you find that the water is not enough.
Cooling tower water level reaches the set position (float valve automatically closes), at the same time open two water pumps. Check the cooling tower level changes. Until the liquid level is stable.
Check whether the cooling tower water distributor is uniform water distribution. Whether to fill the water outside. Adjust the pump outlet valve to achieve the optimal circulating water flow.
